Ms. Norfleet has over 40 years experience representing clients in the areas of residential real estate transactions, commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, elder care planning, family law and municipal law. She has been corporate counsel to the City of Oswego, the Town of Minetto, Pathfinder Bank, Human Concerns Center and Operation Oswego County, the local economic development agency.
She has served the community in leadership positions and on community boards, including the Oswego City Library, Hillside Children's Center, Heritage Foundation, Cornell Cooperative Extension and Alzheimer's Foundation.
Ms. Norfleet also served as a County Legislator on the Oswego County Legislature, chairing the Public Safety Committee during her tenure.
