About Norfleet Law

The Norfleet Law Office is the successor firm to the law firm of Penney and Poland which was founded in 1952 by Hon. George M. Penney and Eben J. Poland. Over the years, the attorneys affiliated with the firm have developed a reputation for a high degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism. 

The firm represents a large array of clients and has maintained strong ties to the community through involvement in a variety of volunteer efforts.  The attorneys who have been part of the firm have distinguished themselves by serving in various legal roles in the community - Surrogate's Court Judge, Town Supervisor, County Legislator, Corporation Counsel to the City of Oswego and Town of Minetto, Assistant  District Attorney, Confidential Law Clerk, Delegate to New York State Bar Association House of Delegates, President of Oswego County Bar Association, and most recently Magistrate of Oswego County Family Court.
